Every mat is printed just for you after you order. It ships in 6–8 business days, and delivery usually takes about 5 business days after that. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

Because each mat is made just for you, we can’t change or cancel an order once production starts. If you spot a mistake, email orders@ladymahjong.com right away and we’ll do our best to help.

All sales are final, since every mat is printed just for you. If your mat arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we’ll make it right. See Help with an order below, or read our full Refund Policy.

Of course. Just enter your friend’s address as the shipping address at checkout. Prices aren’t printed on anything in the box.

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard shipping is $12. Orders of $200 or more ship free.

Your mat ships rolled, so it arrives without folds or creases. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

We’ll post our Christmas order-by date here soon. Until then, the earlier the better: allow 6–8 business days to make your mat, plus about 5 business days for delivery.

Every Lady Mahjong mat is 33 × 33 inches, sized to cover a standard card table.

Neoprene is our classic: a smooth fabric top over a soft rubber base that grips the table and quiets every discard. It rolls up easily for game night at a friend’s.

Vegan leather is smooth and structured, wipes clean in seconds, and comes with a square or wavy scalloped edge on some designs.

Yes. The natural rubber base of our neoprene mats contains latex. If you have a latex allergy, our vegan leather mats are a lovely choice.

Neoprene: spot-clean with a damp cloth, or hand wash in cool water with a little mild soap, then lay flat to dry. Vegan leather: wipe with a soft, damp cloth and pat dry. Full care tips are in Materials & Care.

Each mat is sold on its own. Tiles, racks and accessories are not included.

Yes! Every Lady Mahjong mat hides one little lucky ladybug. Happy hunting.

We’ll make it right. Before opening, take a photo of the package as it arrived, then a photo of the damage or defect. Email both photos and your order number to orders@ladymahjong.com within 3 days of delivery. Please don’t send anything back before you hear from us.

Yes. Every screen shows color a little differently, and printing can vary slightly from batch to batch. On neoprene, the design can shift a touch at the very edge. These small differences are normal and part of a made-just-for-you piece.
