Shipping Policy
We currently ship within the United States.
Mats ship in 6–8 business days. After that, delivery usually takes about 5 business days. You will receive tracking when your order ships. If you order more than one item, your items may arrive separately.
Standard shipping is $12. Orders of $200 or more ship free.
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. Delivery dates are estimates, and we cannot control carrier or weather delays.

Refund Policy
Every Lady Mahjong mat is made just for you after you order, so all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges, including for a change of mind, a design ordered by mistake, or a mat that does not suit your space.
Once production starts, we cannot change or cancel your order.
Damaged or defective orders
If your mat arrives damaged or with a printing defect, we will make it right:
- Before opening, take a photo of the package as it arrived.
- Take a photo of the damage or defect.
- Email both photos and your order number to orders@ladymahjong.com within 3 days of delivery.
Please do not send anything back without contacting us first. If your order qualifies for a return, we will send you the return address and instructions.
Color and printing
Screens show color a little differently, and printing can vary slightly from batch to batch. On neoprene, the design can shift a touch at the very edge. These small differences are normal and are not defects.
Because all sales are final, please contact us before you purchase if you have any questions about a product or its colors. You can reach us at hello@ladymahjong.com.
Terms of Service
By using ladymahjong.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders. Mats are printed to order, and payment is due in full when you order. We may refuse or cancel an order, and we will refund you if we do.
Products and prices. Colors can look different from screen to screen. Products and prices may change without notice, and we may correct any pricing errors.
Shipping and returns. Our Shipping and Refund Policies above are part of these terms.
Our designs. The Lady Mahjong name, logos, mat designs, photos and text may not be copied, reproduced, sold or presented as the work of anyone else without our written permission.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, Lady Mahjong is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed what you paid for your order.
Changes. We may update these terms by posting them here.
