White Christmas Margaritas
Tequila, coconut milk and white cranberry with a sugared rim. A snowy, creamy margarita for holiday mahjong.

It’s mahjong night, ladies, and these white Christmas margaritas are like a snowy day in a glass. Creamy coconut, tequila and white cranberry with a sugared rim, topped with cranberries and rosemary.
You’ll need
Serves 6. About 5 minutes.
- 1 can (13.5 oz) coconut milk, well shaken
- 1 cup silver tequila
- 1 cup white cranberry juice
- ½ cup triple sec
- ½ cup fresh lime juice
- Sugar or shredded coconut for the rim
- Cranberries and rosemary, to garnish
Make it

Rim each glass with lime, then dip it in sugar.

Add the coconut milk, tequila, cranberry juice, triple sec and lime juice to a pitcher and stir well.

Pour over ice.

Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of rosemary, like a little snowy tree.
Lady M’s tips
- Shake the coconut milk can hard first.
- Shake each drink with ice for a frothier top.
- Make the pitcher an hour ahead and keep it cold.
On my table
White glasses, red cranberries and green rosemary: all your Christmas colours in one drink.
That’s it, and you’re ready for game night. Bird Bam Cheers! ...and happy mahj-ing!
