Friendsgiving Stuffing Bites
Stuffing baked into little cups and topped with turkey and cranberry. The whole Thanksgiving plate in one bite, in about 35 minutes.

It’s mahjong night, ladies, so let’s make Friendsgiving stuffing bites. It’s the whole plate in one bite.
You’ll need
Makes 12. About 15 minutes, plus 20 minutes to bake.
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix, made as the box says, then cooled
- 1 egg
- 1 cup cooked turkey, chopped
- ½ cup whole-berry cranberry sauce
- Fresh parsley or rosemary
Make it

Heat the oven to 375°F and grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Stir the egg into the cooled stuffing.

Press the stuffing into the cups, making a little well in each.

Bake for about 20 minutes, until crisp at the edges, and cool for 5 minutes.

Fill with turkey and top with cranberry sauce and a little parsley.
Lady M’s tips
- Rotisserie or deli turkey works perfectly.
- Bake the cups ahead, then warm them and fill just before serving.
- A mini muffin tin makes smaller bites. Bake them a few minutes less.
On my table
Serve them warm on a platter, with napkins and no forks.
That’s it, and you’re ready for game night. Bird Bam Cheers! ...and happy mahj-ing!
