Fall Charleston Chex Mix
Sweet, salty and gone before the first Charleston. About 10 minutes, plus 30 minutes to set.

This fall Chex mix is sweet, salty and gone before the first Charleston. It’s also a sweet way to use up any leftover Halloween candy corn.
You’ll need
Makes about 8 cups. About 10 minutes, plus 30 minutes to set.
- 4 cups rice Chex
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1 cup candy corn
- 10 oz white chocolate
Make it

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 15-second bursts, stirring in between. Pour it over the Chex, pretzels and peanuts and stir until coated.

Spread it on a lined pan and scatter the candy corn on top.

Let it set for about 30 minutes, then break it into pieces.

Scoop it into cups to pass around the table.
Lady M’s tips
- Make it the day before. It keeps up to a week in an airtight container.
- Short bursts keep the white chocolate from scorching.
- No peanuts? Use more pretzels, or another nut you love.
On my table
Scoop it into little paper cups so everyone has her own and hands stay off the shared bowl.
That’s it, and you’re ready for game night. Bird Bam Cheers! ...and happy mahj-ing!
